The mission of Femme Athletic is to provide a full collection of quality activewear for athletic women at competitive prices. Femme Athletic is dedicated to designing activewear that addresses the unique needs of athletic women worldwide while standing behind every garment that we produce! Femme Athletic (pronounced: fem), Activewear for Athletic Women, is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and is owned and operated by Brian Hill. Team Femme Athletic now includes Ray Lopez, Dave Mowad, Jen Hendershott, Heather Keckler, Kassandra Hainline, Melinda Meyer, Kevin Scott, Amy LaSala, Steve Gladysz, Dave Mirikitani, Robin Hanson, Tonya Nanthavong, Caroline Corragio, Trista Struve, Meghann Hall, Jonelle Clow, and Jacque LaVista Brian, originally from St. Louis, MO, followed his athletic dreams to Arizona State University and became a walk-on to the wrestling team; he majored in Real Estate but never had any formal fashion or textile training. "When it comes to fashion design, I am self taught, but from the beginning I have been supported by Mom who knew Femme Athletic was going to be big!" ASU was where the FIRST Femme Athletic Sports Bra was sold to a student. Brian stated, "we created Femme Athletic in response to the lack of quality choices that female activewear buyers had among existing sportswear brands." Femme Athletic is engineered for women who train regularly and place good health and fitness as priorities in their lives - this unique market of women needs activewear that can withstand their rigorous training schedules. Women tell us, "Femme Athletic is activewear that I can train in, but still feel both feminine and strong." Femme- French for woman and Athletic- encompassing all sports.
